Welcome to yourbathreno.ca (the "Website"), operated under the brand Your Bath Reno Toronto by Onward Digital Marketing Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Website, including submitting a renovation inquiry through our quiz or contact forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What Our Service Is — and Is Not

Your Bath Reno Toronto is a free renovation matching service. We connect homeowners and property owners ("you") with independent renovation professionals in our network ("Participating Contractors") based on your location and project details.

We are not a renovation contractor. We do not perform, supervise, manage, or guarantee any renovation work. We do not provide quotes, design services, or construction services of any kind. Our role is limited to registering your inquiry and transmitting it to a Participating Contractor matched to your project.

2. How Matching Works

When you submit an inquiry through the Website, we match it to the Participating Contractor in our network that best fits your location and project type, and we transmit your contact and project information to that contractor so they can follow up with you directly. Participating Contractors compensate us for the inquiries we provide to them. Your use of the matching service is free of charge.

The handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Independent Contractors

Participating Contractors are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers. Any consultation, quote, estimate, contract, payment, scheduling, workmanship, warranty, or dispute relating to renovation services is solely between you and the Participating Contractor. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a Participating Contractor.

You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before hiring any contractor, including verifying licensing, insurance, references, and the terms of any written contract.

The Website and the matching service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onward Digital Marketing Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Website or the matching service; (b) any renovation services performed or not performed by a Participating Contractor; or (c) any agreement, communication, or dispute between you and a Participating Contractor.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under Ontario consumer protection legislation where it applies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onward Digital Marketing Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or false or misleading information you submit.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or the matching service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
